Todd is a business attorney focusing his practice on the areas of bankruptcy and business restructuring, as well as bankruptcy litigation. His bankruptcy and restructuring experience includes representing and advising secured and unsecured creditors, banks and other financial institutions, creditors’ committees, debtor-in-possession lenders, landlords and purchasers of assets in all stages of bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy litigation, including preference and fraudulent conveyance actions.
Todd also represents clients in commercial litigation and general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
