Bill provides legal guidance in the design, implementation and administration of retirement and executive compensation plans, including incentive and deferred compensation arrangements, supplemental retirement plans, and equity based compensation arrangements. He has extensive experience with Ownership Succession Planning, including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), and the unique issues they raise. Bill’s formal business training and experience enable him to understand and consider the practical business considerations commonly faced by business owners, which he brings to bear in advising both them and their outside consultants.
