Womble Carlyle’s Silicon Valley office—the firm’s first on the West Coast—opened in October 2011 to serve clients in the world’s largest technology market. In addition to serving Silicon Valley clients, the Silicon Valley office provides access and relationships for all Womble Carlyle clients that have an interest in doing business in California.

The office focuses on intellectual property and patent matters related to the tech industry, including intellectual property protection, IP/patent dispute resolution and venture capital investment.
