Tom Horan Co-Authors Article on Protecting Trade Creditors’ Rights in Bankruptcy

WILMINGTON, DEL.—Womble Carlyle attorney Tom Horan has co-written an article entitled “Protecting Trade Creditors’ Rights in Bankruptcy” for the September 2010 issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal.
 
Aaron York of Sacks Tierney PA in Scottsdale, Ariz. collaborated on the article, which discusses strategies trade creditors and their attorneys can employ to greatly increase the prospects of recovery on pre-petition claims.

Tom Horan is a bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney in Womble Carlyle’s Wilmington, Del., office and co-chair of American Bankruptcy Institute’s Young and New Members Committee.
