TYSONS CORNER, VA—Womble Carlyle was a proud sponsor of the Business Alliance Grubstake Breakfast held June 10, 2010, at the Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner.

 

The longest running program of its kind in the region, the Grubstake Breakfast series consists of three breakfast programs a year that bring together the region’s most promising entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders. Each Breakfast allows four or five pre-selected companies to present their investment opportunities followed by a feedback and Q&A session.

 

During the June 10^th program, Womble Carlyle Intellecutal Property attorney and member of the Business Alliance Grubstake Breakfast™ Committee, Nanda Alapati, had the opportunity to introduce Oscar von Bredow, COO of AccuStrata Inc., who presented his company’s investment opportunities to the audience. Several of Womble Carlyle’s attorneys regularly participate in the Grubstake Breakfast series and support the Business Alliance on a pro bono basis as part of the firm’s effort to support an ecosystem of growth in the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
