Womble Carlyle’s Jill Girardeau Elected to Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House Board

ATLANTA—Womble Carlyle attorney Jill Girardeau has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House.
By offering lodging, meals, companionship, and comfort, the Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House provides a “home away from home” to outpatients and relatives of patients hospitalized in 21 Atlanta-area hospitals.
Jill Girardeau’s practice focuses on representing heath care providers in a wide range of organizational, governance, and regulatory issues. Her regulatory experience includes assisting health care clients with Stark Law compliance, Federal Anti-Kickback Statute issues and HIPAA Privacy and Security compliance, including compliance with the HITECH Act. She practices in the firm’s Atlanta office.
