Association of Corporate Counsel Recognizes Womble Carlyle Attorneys For Authoring Successful Legal Guides

The Association of Corporate Counsel has honored Womble Carlyle attorneys Heather Mallard, Greg Chabon and Jim Kearney for creating legal guides that have been well-received by the ACC’s membership.
Mallard and Chabon received the 1,000 Downloads Award in Recognition of Providing a Timely and Valuable Resource to ACC members. They, with assistance from Womble Carlyle attorneys Jennifer Burnett and Curry Gaskins, authored the ACC’s Drafting and Interpreting Contracts InfoPAK.
Kearney also earned the 1,000 Downloads Award in Recognition of Providing a Timely and Valuable Resource to ACC members for his Complying with United States Export and Sanction Laws and Regulations InfoPAK. In fact, these Womble Carlyle InfoPAKs were the ACC’s two most widely read legal articles of 2010.
In addition, Mallard and Chabon received 100 Viewers Award in Recognition of Providing a Timely and Valuable Webcast to the ACC Members. The attorneys produced a companion Webcast to their Drafting and Interpreting Contracts InfoPAK.
