Bob Ambler, member of the Business Litigation Practice Group in Womble Carlyle’s Atlanta office, spoke at the Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Conference in Dallas on October 28, 2009. Bob served on a panel with The Honorable Michael B. Kaplan, U.S. District Court Judge with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey, entitled “A View from the Bench: Judicial Perspectives on Heightened Scrutiny of Lenders, Loan Modification Litigation, Bankruptcy, Removal Under CAFA, and Municipal Lawsuits and Foreclosure Injunctions.” The panel was moderated by Joseph L.
