Bob Numbers Pens Op-Ed Column on Supreme Court Nominee

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—Womble Carlyle attorney Bob Numbers authored an op-ed column on President Obama’s nomination of Solicitor General Elena Kagan to the United States Supreme Court. The article ran in the May 22nd edition of the Winston-Salem Journal newspaper.
 
In the article, Numbers says the Senate owes the American people a “thorough and extensive inspection” of Kagan’s record and Constitutional beliefs during the upcoming confirmation process.
 
Bob Numbers is a business litigator, with a particular focus on representing local government agencies in federal and state courtrooms across North Carolina. He is the Founder and Chair of the Piedmont Triad Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies. He practices in Womble Carlyle’s Winston-Salem office.
