Bob Numbers Writes On Impact of 2012 Presidential Election on Future of the Supreme Court

The upcoming Presidential election could have repercussions beyond just the next four years. Womble Carlyle attorney Bob Numbers recently contributed an op-ed column in the Winston-Salem Journal on the impact the election could have on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Numbers says the winner of the election likely will have the chance to name the replacements for three current judges. Given the differences in philosophy already on the court, the Obama-Romney winner will have the opportunity to steer the course of the Supreme Court for years to come.
