Carol Brani Speaks on Developing Best Social Media Advertising Practices

RALEIGH, NC-Womble Carlyle Advertising and Digital Marketing attorney Carol Brani presented to an invited group of advertising agency and interactive industry professionals in Womble Carlyle’s Raleigh, NC office on Wednesday, October 5, 2011.
Brani spoke on the “Developing Best Social Media Advertising Practices to Drive Business, Encourage Engagement and Manage Legal Risk.” Topics addressed included:

- Address Top 3 Privacy Concerns: Agency and Vendor Access to Consumer Data, Posting Photos and Videos of People Who Did Not Consent to the Posting, and Privacy Policies Not in Synch with Social Media Strategy

The event was jointly sponsored by Womble Carlyle and the Triangle Interactive Marketing Association (TIMA), as one of four exclusive, invitation-only events provided to TIMA members. Aden Dauchess, Womble Carlyle’s Director of Digital Media and a TIMA Board member, introduced Carol.
