Chicago Sun-Times Quotes Sandy Smith on Groupon, Farmville Deals

ATLANTA—Womble Carlyle Corporate and Securities attorney Sandy Smith was interviewed by the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper for two separate articles on major deals concerning Groupon and Zynga, the company behind the hit online role playing game Farmville.
Smith told the newspaper that Zynga is well-positioned to continue growing, noting that gamers will spend up to 12 hours at a time playing.
Smith also said that the proposed Groupon IPO could be hugely successful because the company commands such a large percentage of the market. Groupon offers users daily discounts on a wide range of products and services.
E-Commerce Times also recently interviewed Smith regarding the proposed Groupon IPO.
