Fawell on Corporate Social Networking Policies in Professional Marketing Magazine

The theme of the column is that some businesses are wise to consider adopting social media guidelines to ensure the productive and responsible use of social media in the workplace. According to Fawell, the goal should not be to shut down employees' access to the information superhighway, but rather to build guardrails that keep the organization from skidding off the freeway.
