Frank Monaco Discusses Unsecured Creditors & Chapter 11 with Wall Street Journal

The Wall Street Journal quoted Womble Carlyle attorney Frank Monaco in an article on unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. The article, “Creditors Scramble for Recoveries in Underwater Chapter 11s,” ran in the March 29th edition.
 
“The nature of the Chapter 11 process has changed,” Frank told the newspaper. “Secured lenders are underwater and, on paper, there is nothing left for unsecured creditors.”
