Gene Jones Named to Association for Corporate Growth Board in Raleigh/Durham

RALEIGH—Womble Carlyle attorney Gene A. Jones, Jr., has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth’s Raleigh/Durham Chapter.
Gene is a corporate and securities attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate spin-offs and divestitures, private equity fund formation and syndication, private securities offerings and investments, venture capital, joint ventures and strategic partnering, corporate governance and general corporate law. He practices in Womble Carlyle’s Raleigh office.
Founded in 1954, the Association for Corporate Growth, Inc. is the premier global association for professionals involved in corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions.
