Gregg Skall Named to Center for Study of Chronic Illness and Disability Advisory Board

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Womble Carlyle attorney Gregg Skall has been appointed to George Mason University’s Advisory Board of the Center for the Study of Chronic Illness and Disability.
The Center for the Study of Chronic Illness and Disability conducts research into treating, curing and preventing chronic diseases and disabilities. The Advisory Board is made up of professionals from a wide range of industry groups. Board members serve three-year terms.
Skall provides pro bono legal guidance as Counsel to the National Capital Lyme and Tick-borne Disease Association. Recently, he was a panelist at the Institute of Medicine’s workshop on Lyme Disease and other tick-borne illnesses.
Skall represents television and radio broadcasters in regulatory dealings with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). He is a recognized writer and frequent speaker on topics of FCC administrative process, mass media, and telecommunications regulation, and has taught Telecommunications Law and Policy at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
