Jill Girardeau Named to Leadership Position in Lex Mundi Healthcare Industries Practice Group

ATLANTA—Womble Carlyle attorney Jill Girardeau has been elected as the North American Regional Vice Chair of the Lex Mundi Health Care Industries Practice Group.
 
Lex Mundi is the world’s leading independent law firm association, representing 160 law firms and more than 21,000 attorneys in more than 100 countries. Womble Carlyle Managing Partner Keith Vaughan recently was named to the Executive Committee of the Lex Mundi Board of Directors.
 
Jill Girardeau’spractice focuses on representing heath care providers in a wide range of organizational, governance, and regulatory issues. Her regulatory experience includes assisting health care clients with Stark Law compliance, Federal Anti-Kickback Statute issues and HIPAA Privacy and Security compliance, including compliance with the HITECH Act. She practices in Womble Carlyle’s Atlanta office.
