Jodi Knox to Provide Legal Update at Meeting of Health Care Executives

GREENSBORO, N.C.—Womble Carlyle attorney Jodi Knox will be speaking at the Triad Healthcare Executive Forum Annual Meeting, to be held Thursday, Nov. 11th at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro.
 
Knox will provide a legal update on issues affecting hospitals and other health care providers.
 
Knox’s practice focuses on representing hospitals and heath care providers in a wide range of issues, particularly regulatory compliance. In addition, she assists hospitals and health care systems with transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, as well as the formation of physician practices owned by hospitals. She has experience guiding the formation of joint ventures between hospitals, physicians and other health care providers. Knox practices in Womble Carlyle’s Greensboro office.
