John Thomson Speaks at Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Seminars

John Thomson, member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group in Womble Carlyle’s Atlanta office, spoke at a Real Property Foreclosure Seminar on November 4, 2011 on the topic of “Short Sale Issues and Strategies.” The seminar was co-sponsored by the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
Thomson also recently spoke at a Consumer and Business Bankruptcy Seminar on November 10, 2011 on the topic of “Post-Confirmation Chapter 11 Issues: Continued Bankruptcy Court Jurisdiction, Plan Consummation, Case Closing, Litigation Issues, and Plan Enforcement.” Thomson was joined on the panel by The Honorable Mary Grace Diehl, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District, Atlanta. The seminar was co-sponsored by the Bankruptcy Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
