Kim Stogner Named a Trustee of the Southern Federal Tax Institute

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—Womble Carlyle Trusts & Estates attorney Kim Stogner has been appointed as a Trustee of the Southern Federal Tax Institute.
 
The Southern Federal Tax Institute, Inc. is a non-profit corporation organized for the exclusive purpose of developing and presenting annually a professional institute covering current federal tax problems and issues at the post-graduate level. The program is designed for the practitioner who must frequently anticipate and handle federal tax matters. Emphasis is placed on subjects which are new and current, including in-depth coverage of recent developments and problems which often prove difficult in planning clients' affairs and transactions.
 
The Board of Trustees oversees the Southern Federal Tax Institute.
 
Kim Stogner is an experienced trust and estates attorney, having assisted hundreds of clients with comprehensive estate planning as well as trust administration, tax and probate law issues. She works with clients to resolve trust and estate disputes and address issues related to multi-generational estate and business succession plans. Stogner has extensive experience in trust modifications and terminations. She also advises executors and trustees on matters involving estate and trust administration. Stogner practices in Womble Carlyle’s Winston-Salem office.
