Larry Norton Quoted in LA Times about Flaw in Campaign Finance Law

Larry Norton, a member of the firm's Washington, DC office and a leader of the firm's Political Law practice, was quoted in today's Los Angeles Times about the effectiveness of 1970s election laws in the age of modern political fundraising. The article discusses how FEC reporting rules permit millions of small contributions to the Obama campaign to go unreported.
