Mike Cicero First-to-File Article Quoted in U.S. District Court Decision

An article written by Womble Carlyle patent/IP litigation attorney Mike Cicero was quoted extensively in a recent U.S. District Court decision.
In issuing a ruling on the Cherokee Nation v. Nash case, the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma cited Cicero’s article First-to-File and Choice-of-Forum Roots Run Too Deep for Micron to Curb Most Races to the Courthouse six times. The case before the court dealt with First-to-File Rule issues. In each instance, the Court followed Cicero’s reasoning.
