Peter Gutmann Featured in Radio Business Report

Peter Gutmann, a Telecommunications attorney in the firm's DC office, commented on the unauthorized broadcasting of telephone conversations in the July 13th Radio News update distributed by Radio Business Report (RBR.com). Peter's take on the issue was prompted in response to Clear Channel's recent $12K fine for putting a call siphoned out of the voicemail of one of its on-air talents.
