Randy Hanson Honored for Work with ABA’s Section of International Law

GREENSBORO, N.C.—Womble Carlyle attorney Randy Hanson was honored by the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law for his work on the Section’s “International Legal Developments In Review: 2009.” He co-edited the article, which covers legal developments in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in almost 40 countries around the world. The article was published in The International Lawyer Spring 2010 edition.
Hanson also was installed as the Vice-Chair of the International Mergers and Acquisitions/Joint Ventures Committee of the ABA’s Section of International Law.
