Sarah Crotts Selected for 2013 NCBA Leadership Academy

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—Womble Carlyle attorney Sarah Crotts is one of 15 attorneys from across the state to be selected for the North Carolina Bar Association’s 2013 Leadership Academy.
The NCBA Leadership Academy provides leadership training to young attorneys, in collaboration with the Center for Creative Leadership. The goal is to foster skills that will allow attorneys to become leaders both in their profession and their communities.
Sarah Crotts focuses her practice on regulatory compliance matters for hospitals, physician groups, independent laboratories, and medical device manufacturers. Her experience includes assisting clients with Stark Law compliance, Federal Anti-Kickback Statutes and Federal Anti-Markup Rules, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, HIPAA compliance and compliance with various state self-referral, account billing and corporate practice of medicine laws. She practices in Womble Carlyle’s Winston-Salem office.
