Shawn Flanagan Pens Magazine Article on Real Estate Asset Protection Issues

CHARLESTON, S.C.—Womble Carlyle attorney Shawn Flanagan has written the cover story for the current issue of South Carolina Lawyer magazine. The story, titled “Is There a Better Way to Hold Title to Real Estate for Asset Protection Purposes,” appears in the January 2012 edition of the magazine.
