Womble Carlyle attorneys David Hamilton, Zion Levi and Meredith Wissel have been honored by Smart CEO magazine as members of its 2009 Legal Elite. The Smart CEO Legal Elite were selected by the magazine’s readers, which consists of 15,000 top-level business leaders in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas. Readers were asked to pick the “go-to attorneys” for business law.

David Hamilton is an antitrust and business litigation attorney with more than 25 years of experience handling complex health care, technology, banking and real estate disputes. He is the Managing Member of Womble Carlyle’s Baltimore office.

 

Zion Levi’s practice encompasses all facets of federal income tax law, with a particular focus on international tax issues. He is assisting a broad range of clients in optimal tax planning and IRS compliance matters and investigations. He is a Member of the firm practicing out of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

 

Meredith Wissel is a corporate and securities attorney in the firm’s Baltimore office. She holds post-graduate degrees in both business administration and taxation in addition to her legal degree.
