Triangle Business Journal Writes on International Trademark Dispute Being Litigated by Womble Carlyle’s Press Millen

RALEIGH, N.C.—A trademark litigation case of Womble Carlyle attorney Press Millen recently received attention in the Triangle Business Journal newspaper.
 
The North Carolina-based SAS Institute is suing a similarly named French company, SAS Groupe, claiming trademark infringement and false advertising. Millen is representing the SAS Institute in the lawsuit. SAS Institute is one of the world’s largest providers of business analytics software.
