Womble Carlyle applauds the forward thinking entrepreneurs and fund managers who manage and fund growing businesses throughout the U.S. And we are pleased to present to you the Growth Company Guide 4.0 by Clinton Richardson, a Member in the firm's Atlanta office and a trusted advisor to growing companies and the investors who finance their growth.

The guide is 478 pages worth of practical business and legal strategies for financing and managing growing companies. Presenting authoritative, practical content in an accessible key-word format, the Guide 4.0 helps business owners successfully navigate critical business challenges.

Clint wrote the first edition in 1987, as The Venture Magazine Complete Guide to Venture Capital, to provide a practical resource for those seeking to raise capital. Now in its fourth edition as the Growth Company Guide 4.0, the Guide is hailed by investors and entrepreneurs alike as "a masterpiece," "the best corporate finance guide on the market today," and an "incredibly comprehensive resource." Arranged in a convenient key-word alphabetical format, with a fully annotated Series A venture investment agreement, the book covers everything from "Adventure Capitalist" -- entrepreneurs who fund other entrepreneurs -- to "Zeal" -- the quality investors want to see before handing over money.
