Womble Carlyle Hosts Developments and Recent Trends in Labor and Employment Law Update

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—On June 24th, Womble Carlyle’s Winston-Salem office hosted a program titled “2011 Legal Update: Developments and Recent Trends in Labor and Employment Law.” The program, sponsored by the Winston-Salem Society for Human Resource Management, provided information about new laws and regulations and developing trends that HR professionals need to be aware of in 2011 and beyond.
Speakers for the event included Womble Carlyle attorneys Patrick Allen, Todd Sullivan, John Pueschel, Richard Rainey and Kurt Stakeman, as well as Tina Burnside, Supervisory Trial Attorney for the EEOC’s Charlotte Office.
