Womble Carlyle Launches Supply Chain Management Blog
October 2, 2008
Supply chain management is a hot topic throughout the business world. Companies long have sought to maximize efficiency on the production end, and now, they are finding new, smarter ways to do business on the supply and distribution end.
The laws surrounding supply chain management are largely long-standing and well-established. However, lawyers must rethink their approach to these laws to see supply chain management as a unified, cohesive approach that runs throughout a company’s operations.
Toward that end, Womble Carlyle has launched a Supply Chain Management blog. The goal of the blog is to create a dialogue with people in the supply chain industry, focusing on the legal issues that surround their work.
Attorneys from the firm's Supply Chain Management Team are contributing to the blog. Please check in often, as the team will be posting regular updates.
