Womble Carlyle Named To List Of Top Privately-Held Companies In North Carolina

Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC., has been named to the 2007 Grant Thornton NC 100, a list of the top privately-held companies in the state of North Carolina.

The list is compiled by Grant Thornton LLP, a global accounting, tax and business advisory firm and is based on company revenues from the 2006 calendar year. Each member of the list will receive an award and a list of all 100 companies appears in the September 2007 issue of Business North Carolina magazine. The list includes such diverse and well-known businesses as the SAS Institute, Bojangles, The Biltmore Estate and the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats.

Randy Hanson, Managing Member of Womble Carlyle's Greensboro office, accepted the award on behalf of the firm.
