Womble Carlyle Participates in DELVACCA's 2nd Annual In-House Counsel Conference

The Association of Corporate Counsel’s Delaware Valley Chapter (DELVACCA) hosted its 2nd Annual In-House Counsel Conference on May 6th at the Marriott in Downtown Philadelphia. During the day-long event, more than 300 members attended several substantive CLE programs, followed by a networking cocktail reception for DELVACCA board members, in-house peers and chapter sponsors.
Womble Carlyle presented an afternoon CLE panel titled, “Bankruptcy 363 Code: Navigating Your Company through Strategic Sales and Acquisition Transactions.” Panelists included Honora Moore, Assistant General Counsel of Heartland Payment Systems; Scott Victor, Managing Director of SSG Capital Advisors; Mark Desgrosseilliers, a Member in Womble Carlyle’s Bankruptcy Group; and Frank Monaco, Managing Member of Womble Carlyle’s Wilmington office and a Member in the firm’s Bankruptcy Group. During this program, the panel presented a practical mock consultation to provide attendees with real-world insight to the 363 sales process.
