TYSONS CORNER, VA—Womble Carlyle attorney Dean Rutley is quoted in the current issue of Fed Tech Bisnow on the possibility of a new tech investment bubble forming. Rutley tells the publication that he doesn’t see it. Rutley said the high unemployment rate and a general reluctance to risk personal money in tech investment are preventing a bubble formation.

“Despite a couple of much hyped IPOs, almost all new tech companies are private,” Rutley said.
