On May 30, 2008, Womble Carlyle's Employee Defection & Recruitment team announced the launching of the Womble Carlyle Non-Compete and Restrictive Covenants Blog. Womble Carlyle's Employee Defection & Recruitment team was initiated last year to focus the Firm's non-compete and related employment litigation resources on this developing area of the law. Team members include Press Millen and Todd Sullivan in Raleigh, Richard Rainey and Mark Henriques in Charlotte, Bill Long and Adam Katz in Atlanta, Ron Davis and John Pueschel in Winston-Salem, and Tom Sawyer in Northern Virginia.

The Non-Compete and Restrictive Covenants Blog is an extension of the team's efforts to serve technology, government contracting, life sciences, financial services, and other employers on non-compete and related employee defection and recruitment issues in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast, as well as in other locations in the United States.
