ATLANTA—Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, is pleased to announce that commercial real estate and finance attorney Guinevere Christmann has joined the firm’s Atlanta office.

 

Guinevere brings to Womble Carlyle more than 10 years of experience in commercial mortgage finance, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and related corporate and contracting matters. As part of her commercial real estate practice, she regularly provides advice as to environmental and land use matters, and has represented clients in the finance, industrial, health care, land development, retail, investment and educational sectors. Guinevere also has previous experience in international real estate, corporate and project finance transactions.

 

Guinevere comes to Womble Carlyle from the Atlanta firm of Alston & Bird LLP. She also spent two years as a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Beverly B. Martin (Northern District of Georgia).
