Litigation Attorney Rebecca Jacobs Joins Womble Carlyle’s Telecommunications Team

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Communications attorney and litigator Rebecca Jacobs has joined Womble Carlyle’s Washington, D.C. office.
 
Jacobs’ practice focuses on regulatory and litigation issues within the communications field. She advises clients on disputes before the Federal Communications Commission and before both federal and state courts. Her experience includes FCC cable and broadcast ownership regulations, petitions for effective competition, cable merger proceedings, franchising of cable providers, cable copyright licensing and disputes before local franchising authorities.
 
Jacobs comes to Womble Carlyle from the D.C. firm of Fleischman and Harding, LLP.
