GREENSBORO, N.C.-- Womble Carlyle attorney Randy Hanson recently became Co-Chair of the International Mergers and Acquisitions/Joint Ventures Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law.
The IMAJV Committee focuses on cross-border aspects of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. The Committee includes almost 700 private practitioners, regulators and legislators from more than 40 countries around the world, providing a forum for examining these issues from all perspectives (including practical, comparative, legislative and regulatory), on a country-specific, regional and global basis.
Hanson will continue to serve as Vice Chair for North America in the Cross Border Transactions Practice Group of Lex Mundi, the world’s leading association of independent law firms. Lex Mundi’s membership including 160 law firms in more than 100 countries, representing more than 21,000 attorneys.
Randy Hanson leads Womble Carlyle’s Global Business practice. He advises domestic and international businesses on a variety of transactional, corporate and commercial matters, including cross-border transactions. He practices in Womble Carlyle's Greensboro office.
