Jeffrey L. “Jeff” Tarkenton—Tarkenton has more than 20 years of experience representing creditors, landlords and equity interests in business bankruptcy cases and in fraudulent conveyance and preference lawsuits that arise in bankruptcy cases. In addition, Mr. Tarkenton works with other Womble Carlyle attorneys to analyze the effect of bankruptcy and insolvency laws on corporate and financial transactions. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
