The Winston-Salem Dispute Resolution Center

The centerpiece of Womble Carlyle's ADR commitment is the Winston-Salem Dispute Resolution Center. In addition to premier mediation facilities, Womble Carlyle partnered with Firm Logic  to construct a full scale mock courtroom facility that was specifically designed based on trial research facilities and experiences across the country. The Womble Carlyle Dispute Resolution Center has hosted mock trials with as many as six separate jury panels simultaneously receiving evidence and arguments while 25 counsel and clients observed both presentations and jury deliberations. There is simply no dedicated mock trial facility in the country that can match the dedicated space and technology located at the Winston-Salem Dispute Resolution Center.

Mock Trial/Mini-Trial
