- Represented contract maintenance provider who was sued in a large number of cases arising out of crash of commercial airline, resulting in consolidation by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. Acted and defense liaison counsel; advised client throughout NTSB investigation and public hearing; defended passenger and crew lawsuits; successfully pursued airline on indemnity claim following resolution of passenger and crew claims.
- Successfully represented pilot of general aviation aircraft following runway collision with other general aviation aircraft; obtained favorable jury verdict.
- Successfully defended multiple lawsuits and disputes alleging breach of contract and property damage to aircraft.
- Currently defending wrongful death litigation arising out of crash of Air Force training aircraft, where plaintiff is alleging defective design of aircraft components.
