Construction

Our construction group is composed of lawyers who understand construction and design. One of our lawyers is also an experienced and licensed architect who has been involved in designing commercial, government, institutional, health care and residential projects. We understand the importance of addressing and resolving project issues promptly. Able to quickly focus on key issues, we use common sense and devise practical solutions to get difficult and potentially costly disputes put to rest. If formal dispute resolution becomes necessary, however, we are seasoned advocates, whether in arbitration or litigation.
