Design and Construction Contracts

Whether a construction project is simple or complex, we understand that successful relationships stem from good contracts. Accordingly, we believe that equitable contracting principles help avoid subsequent disputes. We work with all the standard form contracts commonly used in the industry, tailoring them, as necessary, to meet the needs of our clients. We also have a number of contract forms developed in-house for those projects where an industry form is inadequate. In addition, we advise our clients on construction insurance needs and lending issues.
