In addition to his efforts in attracting businesses to the area and negotiating incentives, Don Donadio often serves on the transaction team. Don has extensive experience in representing owners with respect to tax exempt and conventional financings of capital projects such as shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, hotels, office buildings, apartment complexes and hospitals. He frequently advises clients in asset purchase agreements and mergers involving real property assets and existing indebtedness.
