Environmental Due Diligence

Howard Grubbs assists corporate relocation clients, particularly biotech and light and heavy manufacturing firms in the western Carolinas, in complying with environmental regulations through effective due diligence. Of particular focus in Howard's work is developing the Tech Corridor from Greensboro to Asheville. Howard works with the Advantage West initiative which encourages companies to either relocate or start their enterprises in central and western North Carolina. His Womble Carlyle economic development team participation also includes investigating environmental issues pertaining to site selection.
