FastPitch™: Venture Capital Forum
, is a VC invitation-only event where emerging tech companies have the opportunity to present innovative technologies and funding opportunities to an exclusive group of venture capitalists.

Each FastPitch event features 8-minute business presentations from six to eight promising, hand-selected, emerging and growth stage tech companies from the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Unique to other investment events of this type, FastPitch is powered by Disruptathon, an innovative provider of interactive scoring technology. Each participating investor is issued an iPod Touch device for use during the event, preloaded with Distruptathon's mobile software that enables real-time, interactive feedback to both presenting companies and participating investors. Investors rate presenting companies on several factors, such as strength of pitch, intellectual property, market size, management team and fundability. Meeting space for each presenting company is also available for one-on-one conversations between entrepreneurs and venture capitalists following each event.

Who Should Attend FastPitch?

Venture Capitalists interested in dynamic, fundable emerging growth through late stage technology companies from the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S. During this fast-paced event, investors will gain insight to the hottest investment opportunities from across the region, learn cutting-edge market trends, and network with entrepreneurs, and other investment leaders.

Interested Investors: Email us at fastpitch@wcsr.com to receive alerts about upcoming events.

Who Should Apply?

Innovative entrepreneurs and technology companies from the hottest industries in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S. If selected, your company will receive personal coaching to help you prepare your 8-minute FastPitch presentation. Your coaching team is also available for a post-event consultation if requested. There is no cost to apply, but space is limited for each event. Applications are reviewed by our committee of sponsors, who will hand-select the most promising companies to present their investment opportunities at the next FastPitch.
