FirmLogic, an ancillary service of Womble Carlyle, provides efficient, cost-effective third-party settlement administration for class action litigation. We have a decade of proven experience helping law firms and their clients.
Our team serves as a neutral administrator for completed cases in federal and state courts throughout the country. We have a proven process that utilizes the right mix of specialists to save time and money.
Our settlement administration services include:
- Distributing settlement notices to class members. We have experience in notifying class members wherever they reside, tracking down hard-to-find members, and completing projects within tight deadlines.
- Preparing and mailing claim forms that can be personalized if required.
- Processing completed claim forms returned by class members.
- Preparing and distributing settlement checks.
- Developing a customized tracking system and reporting module.
We have administered settlements ranging from 40 to 90,000 class members. No case is too small or large. We have staffing and resources to handle even the biggest settlements and have done so effectively. In one case, FirmLogic successfully distributed 96.5% of the $140,000,000 approved settlement funds within the first year of the settlement.
