• Advising defense contractors with respect to offset commitments arising under sale of military items to foreign governments

• Developing numerous export and trade compliance programs for clients in various business and university sectors

• Obtaining technical assistance and manufacturing license agreements, and other export authorizations, for numerous clients

• Conducting numerous internal investigations of possible export and trade violations, and preparing voluntary self-disclosures for clients
