Our business support practice brings years of experience to bear in drafting and assisting clients in negotiating licensing contracts to exploit their inventions, trademarks, and copyrightable works. We provide specialized support to our clients and to our clients' corporate counsel in areas of ownership rights and licensing, as well as investment and purchasing due diligence (including among other services, analysis of title, scope of property rights, strength and scope of patent claims, and, if appropriate, technical assessment).
