The attorneys of our Real Estate Practice Group are actively involved in the negotiation and documentation of loan transactions on behalf of major real estate developers, builders, and real estate investment trusts. They regularly negotiate and document transactions involving acquisition loans, term loans, real estate construction and permanent loans, syndicated loans, conduit loans, private placements of debt, asset-based loans, tax-exempt bonds, and other governmental obligations secured by all types of real estate assets on behalf of borrowers and guarantors. We are regularly involved in every aspect of negotiating and documenting different types of loan transactions.
